“Harmony of Chakras” OSHO meditation day

A full day of OSHO techniques around chakras. Suitable for beginners and confirmed meditators.

PROGRAMME OF THE DAY:

~ Doors open at 9.30 for a prompt start at 10am.

~ 10:00 – 11:00 OSHO Chakra Breathing meditation

~ 11:30 – 12:30 “Focus on the 3rd eye” a technique from the Book of Secrets with music from the world of Osho by Veet Marco

~ 12:30 – 14:00 Vegetarian lunch to share – please bring something easy to share with others

~ 14:30 – 15:30 Heart Chakra Meditation

Tea time

~ 16:15 – 17:15 OSHO Kundalini Meditation

Closing Circle

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a meditation cushion and a shawl / blanket.

Shared vegetarian lunch.
