Meditative Therapies

Created by Osho, these are radical expressive processes that lead to a final stage of silent self-awareness. Uniquely simple and effective, the energetic methods involve a minimum of interaction among the participants, but the energy of the group and the presence of a trained facilitator help each individual go more deeply into his or her own process.
They are offered regularly at the OSHO International Meditation Resort in Pune, India, and at larger OSHO Meditation Centers worldwide. Once someone has participated in the group process, they can continue the method alone at home whenever they like.

OSHO Mystic Rose
A three-week process, lasting three hours per day.
During the first week you laugh, for no reason at all, dissolving the layers of dust, inhibitions, and repressions that prevent inner spontaneity and joy. The second week is devoted to weeping and crying for no reason at all – allowing the pain and the tears that are ready to come and which we have been preventing. The third week is for silence and stillness – the watcher on the hills – silent watching, meditation.

OSHO No-Mind
A one-week process, lasting two hours per day.
The first hour is for gibberish: going consciously crazy, allowing any sounds which come from inside, in any language except a language you know – emptying the mind of all garbage. The second hour is for sitting silently, doing nothing – allowing a great silence to arise from within.

OSHO Born Again
A one-week process, lasting two hours per day.
For the first hour, you behave like a child, you just enter your childhood. Whatever you wanted to do, do it – dancing, singing, jumping, crying, weeping – anything at all, in any posture. For the second hour, you just sit silently. You will be fresher, more innocent, and meditation will become easier.

OSHO Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to Your BodyMind
A guided one-week process, lasting one hour per day.
The method is based on the understanding that we need to be taught anew to create friendship with our bodies and minds; these are not separate from us or from one another. We need to remember “the forgotten language” of communicating with the body-mind about those areas where our tensions and pains exist. In a light trance, while combining deep relaxation with alertness, you learn to harness the body-mind’s creative and self-healing energies. These can be brought to any specific issues of imbalance or unease, such as smoking, eating imbalances, insomnia, aches, and pain – any functions that are normally part of the body and which need to be brought to wholeness and balance again.
After this week, you can continue the method alone at home as you like.
The OSHO Talking to Your BodyMind APP (iOS and Android) includes guided recording in many languages.
