For seven days, one hour each day, while in a light trance that combines deep relaxation with alertness, you will be gently guided to listen and speak to your body and mind. Without any “doing” by the day-to-day conscious mind, you will, in your deep relaxation, redirect the power of the unconscious mind and its creative and self-healing energies to deal with symptoms and issues that cause you pain and un-ease – and find the way to your natural wholeness and balance again.
