This course offers an in-depth understanding and practice of many of the OSHO Active Meditations. Training sessions will additionally focus on giving you the know-how, the resources, and the confidence to share the meditations with others.

The training will be taught in English with French translation.
TRAINING TIMINGS, ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD:
The training will start on Thursday 18 November at 10 am and will finish on Sunday 21 November at 4 pm. Please arrive before 9:30 am for registration.
There is on-site accommodation and full board available for participants: please count 70 EUR per day, based on shared twin room and three meals a day.
For non-residential guests, the rate of 40 EUR includes three meals and the daily service charges.
All food is freshly prepared, mainly organic and vegetarian. Possibility to have a single room and special dietary requirements. Please inquire for prices.
All participants will be asked to be in good health upon arrival and have a 48-hour antigen negative test to show, except for those who have a Covid-recovery certificate valid for 6 months after your positive test. Self-tests will also be available upon arrival.
ABOUT GARIMO ACKERMANN:
Garimo was closely involved with the development of the OSHO Meditation In-Depth & Facilitator Training courses and coordinates its team of over 30 international facilitators. She additionally facilitates the OSHO Inner Skills courses and gives individual counseling sessions in the fields of meditation and life issues.
Garimo is also a long-time facilitator and trainer for OSHO Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to Your BodyMind. She is trained in hypnosis and is a long-time meditator, with a deep understanding of this process.
Non-judgment, clarity, attention, caring, humor and playfulness, are some of the key factors she brings to her work.
