Are you curious about Vipassana meditation? Maybe you have friends who have been on a spiritual retreat or you’ve heard about the benefits of this practice? Vipassana is a form of meditation where you learn to observe what is happening inside you—your breathing, sensations, thoughts, emotions—without reacting. It helps you stay calm, clear-headed, and more connected to life.

On Tuesday, September 30 at 8 p.m. Paris time zone, we are offering an online session via Zoom which will last about 1h30
On the programme:

✨ An introduction to Vipassana meditation and where to practice it in a group setting.

✨ A short guided meditation to experience it firsthand.

✨ Q&A session to share your thoughts.

This session is open to everyone, no prior experience necessary. All you need to do is connect with curiosity and openness.
