For seven days, one hour each day, while in a light trance that combines deep relaxation with alertness, you will be gently guided to listen and speak to your body and mind. Without any “doing” by the day-to-day conscious mind, you will in your deep relaxation redirect the power of the unconscious mind and its creative and self-healing energies to deal with symptoms and issues that cause you pain and un-ease – and find the way to your natural wholeness and balance again. And this, without any effort on your part. 

The symptoms and issues we are struggling with and that need healing, are usually held in place by unconscious, artificial mechanisms, learned for the best of reasons in our very early life and then forgotten. Instead of being our own best friend and trusting the innate wisdom of our body and mind, we have learned to become a “house divided against itself.”  

In this one-hour process, deepening each day, you will be your own best friend again. It is a key.  

You can use the process for specific issues, such as smoking, eating imbalances, insomnia, aches and pains, unhealthy behaviors or – anything that needs to be brought back to its natural wholeness and balance.

The body and mind are not separate. Habitual defense mechanisms – ways of distancing ourselves from conflict or anxiety, and conditioned body-negative attitudes are stored as tensions and energy blocks in the body. These ingrained patterns underlie many of the physical and psychological issues in our lives. But there is a way back to health and wholeness, and this is through learning to listen to the messages of the body.

As Osho says, “The body will never misguide you, you can trust it, and you can trust it absolutely.”

During this one-week process of one hour per day, you will learn to allow your unconscious mind to relax and to realign with the real needs of the body in the safety of the present moment. Using a light trance, and combining deep relaxation with alertness, you will learn to allow the body’s own self-healing wisdom to guide you in allowing wholeness and balance to be restored.

WHEN?

On the first day, on Friday, we will start at 17:00, to allow everybody to arrive and settle in the room. From Saturday 14 August to Thursday 19 August the sessions will happen from 9:30 to 10:30.
