Osho Dynamic Meditation is one of the the most playful methods of meditation to get into a state that is thoughtless yet blissful, alone yet connected to everything around you.
It is an hour long process with 5 stages involving intense breathing, catharsis, shouting Hoo, silence and finally celebrating.
The process first awakens your inner energies through breathing and then takes you into a process of deep mind-heart cleansing through catharsis to make you like an empty vessel, capable of reverberating the mantra “hoo” inside, so intensely that your kundalini energy, the sleeping energy awakens and rises to higher neural centers.
This brings silence and bliss together and a feeling of connectedness with everything around.
This meditation is meant to be done in the early morning, when the whole of nature becomes alive, the night has gone, the sun is coming up and everything becomes conscious and alert.
Of the five stages each is demarked by music which has been specifically composed for this meditation under Osho’s guidance. Keep your eyes closed throughout. It can be done alone, but can be even more powerful if it is done with others. However, it is an individual experience so you should remain oblivious of others around you and keep your eyes closed throughout, preferably using a blindfold. It is best to have an empty stomach and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
This tutorial, in English this month, is for those who would like to learn how to do OSHO Dynamic meditation. It’s on three mornings, for one hour and a half.
There will be an in-depth explanation with practice training. After that, a full Dynamic meditation will be shared on Zoom, with people having done this course before joining in.
WHAT WILL I NEED ?
- Stable internet connection
- good sound, ideally a computer connected to speakers
- having downloaded the free application Zoom
- full availability from 8:30 am to 10.00 am
- some space to move
- a blindfold
- wear comfortable clothes
